2. Which personal data we process and for what purposes
This Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled in the game Arbiters Dream, developed by Omnitale UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and distributed via Steam and other online services.
2.1 What data is collected
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) directly from players. However, the game uses the following third-party services:
Aptabase (Analytics)
We use Aptabase, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to collect anonymized gameplay statistics. This includes:
- Game events (e.g. play sessions, level completions).
- Operating system and game version.
- Country (based on anonymized IP; the IP itself isn’t stored).
- Timestamp of events.
No IP addresses, permanent user identifiers, device IDs, or cookies are stored.
Steamworks
The game uses Steamworks, Valve’s platform services, which may include:
- Cloud save storage.
- Platform-level crash reports.
- Achievements, friends, and other Steam features.

Unity Engine Notice
Our game is built using the Unity Engine, a game development platform provided by Unity Technologies. While we do not use Unity Analytics or Unity Ads, the Unity Engine may collect limited technical information about your device for diagnostic or performance purposes. No personal or identifying information is collected through Unity in our current build.
